Coming from the Gedeb district, Banko Chelchele community. These are high-altitude beans from small growers. It’s dried as whole cherries on raised beds to maintain the fruit’s vibrancy while remaining unusually clean for a natural process. Expect a lively cup with bright red fruit/jam and intense floral notes, supported by a creamy apple like sweetness that makes the acidity feel more sparkling than intense, along with a silky medium body and a clean, refreshing finish. Grown between 1950 and 2200 meters above sea level from local heirloom varieties/traditional cultivars and processed at an independent station (managed by Azeb Tadesse).
